2003 Vancouver

In 2003 IOCA colaborated with dozens of peace and art organizations from around the world to host the 7th Annual Peace Conference.  Hundreds of spectators, performers, athletes and artists attended the event held at the University of British columbia.  Countries from around the world gathered in Vancouver, Canada to participate in the conference under the theme of ''Progressing Towards Global Peace. ''
